I am grateful to be a part of the DECELER team and working with the organisation. Starting from my joining date I was welcomed. I have been in DECELER for only past 1 month and found that the team here is quite supportive and they work collaboratively. The training session was quite impressive and the training team is also well knowledgeable. Working here is a joy as the leadership team is very transparent and they believe in grooming the employees rather than pushing. I am thankful to Yuvaraj sir for guiding me with a well-defined path which is incredible. 

Working at deceler has been a transformative journey. The company provides endless opportunities for professional development, from mentoring to hands on projects. With the opportunity to work as a Assistant Manager Sales for the West Region, I had the privilege of being the part of successful launch of our new branch office in Pune Maharashtra, a significant milestone in our growth journey.

Working at Deceler Office for the past five years has been a wonderful experience. This place feels like a family to me, with supportive colleagues and a friendly environment that makes every day enjoyable. The management is excellent kind, understanding, and always encouraging growth. I’m grateful for the memories and opportunities I’ve had here and proud to be part of such a caring and inspiring team. I learned many things from this office. Deceler Office isn’t just a workplace; it’s a family, and I couldn’t ask for a better one!  It’s truly been an amazing journey!

During my nearly two years at Deceler, I had the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where I was responsible for managing stock, organizing shelves, and setting up promotional displays.
